KBS수신료 2500원 안내는법 현재 KBS 고객센터 전화나 게시판 글이 확인이 되지 않아 답답하시죠? 저 역시 그렇게 며칠 보내다가 한전 고객센터에서 도움을 받아 해지를 할 수 있었습니다 원래 고지서가 분리되어 나오기 전에는 한전 전기 고지서에 티비 수신료가 나왔기 때문인데요 한전에 도움을 받을 수 있었습니다 KBS 수신료를 해지하기 위해 한전 고객센터를 활용한 사례를 설명드리겠습니다. 먼저, 한전 고객센터(국번 없이 123번)에 전화를 걸어 상담사와 연결되었습니다. 수신료 해지를 요청하기 위해 집에 TV가 없다는 사실을 알렸고, 이에 상담사는 고객번호(관리번호)를 요청했습니다. 이 번호는 지로 용지의 왼쪽에 위치한 10자리 숫자로 확인할 수 있습니다. 고객번호를 제공하고, 주소 확인 절차를 거친 후 상담사는 먼저 해지 신청은 해주는데 추후에 KBS 사무소에서 TV가 실제로 없는지 집으로 방문해 확인할 가능성이 있음을 설명했습니다. 그 후 상담사는 수신료 해지 신청을 접수하였고, 다음 달부터는 더 이상 고지서가 발송되지 않도록 처리하겠다고 안내했습니다. 이미 청구된 금액에 대해서는 KBS에 환불 신청을 해야 한다는 점도 알려주었으며, 납부가 완료된 후 상담사가 환불 절차까지 도와줄 수 있다고 설명했습니다. 이 과정을 통해 수신료 해지가 성공적으로 이루어졌고, 남은 청구 금액도 빠르게 환불받을 수 있었습니다. 이처럼 한전 고객센터를 통해 KBS 수신료를 해지하는 방법은 간단하면서도 효율적...
